If you haven’t bought a block of land, but have something in mind, ask Andrew to assess the land for its suitability by assessing the land’s aspect, overlays and soil reports before locking in a contract.
2. Land Capability Assessments & Soil Tests
Save money and stress by having soil tests completed before you purchase a block land. Ask Andrew at HBS to help you organise these.
3. Design
Andrew will personally guide you through the design stage, based on years of practical experience and expert knowledge.
4. Town Planning & Building Permits
Andrew works closely with local shires to ensure your permit is professionally prepared and tracked to avoid costly delays.
